ABOUT EDUARDO

I started my career at 18, in a small town in Brazil. After a move to the big city, I lost my dream job and spent the next 4 months knocking on doors before a small agency took a chance on me. I’ve failed more times than I care to admit, but these experiences have shaped who I am and helped me reinvent myself.

As ECD at 180LA, I work with an amazing team to create work that matters. “Boost your Voice” gave the voice back to people in low-income communities by transforming their stores into voting stations; UNICEF’s “Unfairy Tales” helped refugee kids through a beautiful series of animations – harrowing stories that were never meant for children; the University of Phoenix “We Rise” campaign focused not on the University, but on the students and their fierce determination, changing brand perception; Mitsubishi “Remodel-A” put the brand’s 100 years of innovation into a single car; and lately, “The Shift,” a not-yet-launched product that will replace TV ads with useful bite-sized content during commercial breaks, with the press of a button.

In the past, I’ve created the “Whopper Face” for Burger King, putting people’s faces on their burgers; Airbnb “Birdhouses,” a whimsical short-film/experiment that showed the build of 50 birdhouses, replicas of Airbnb properties, to welcome birds in the middle of their migration trip; and Hellmann’s “Recipe Receipt,” a customized receipt for the costumer with a recipe on it, containing the products they just bought, mixed with Hellmann’s.
